1. Membership Overview
Busy Girls Membership is an annual subscription offered by Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. ("Busy Girls", "we", "our" or "us").
Membership provides access to exclusive member benefits, including but not limited to:
Members-only events
Discounted Core Event tickets
Access to the Private Busy Girls Members Community
Partner perks and exclusive offers
Priority updates on upcoming events and opportunities
Membership benefits may evolve over time as the Busy Girls community grows.
2. Membership Eligibility
Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
By purchasing a membership, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
Memberships are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged annually and are payable via subscription upon sign up.
Membership pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Any promotional or founding member pricing applies only as stated at the time of purchase.
4. Automatic Renewal
Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. Memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. to process future annual renewal payments using your nominated payment method.
Members will receive a renewal reminder email prior to renewal.
If a renewal payment cannot be processed, membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
5. Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership renewal at any time through their account settings or by contacting Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd.
Cancellation prevents future renewal payments only.
Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current membership period.
No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused membership periods.
6. Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd.
Event tickets purchased separately remain subject to the applicable event terms and conditions.
7. Member Events & Benefits
Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised membership benefits.
However, member events, partner offers, discounts, perks and inclusions may change from time to time.
Busy Girls does not guarantee:
A minimum number of events per year
Availability of tickets to any particular event
Ongoing availability of specific partner offers or discounts
8. Community Standards
Members are expected to contribute positively to the Busy Girls community.
We reserve the right to remove members from our community, events or online groups where behaviour is considered inappropriate, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inconsistent with our community values.
No refunds will be issued where membership is terminated due to a breach of these standards.
9. Private Members Community
Access to the Busy Girls Members Community is provided as part of membership.
Members must comply with all group rules and community guidelines.
Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. reserves the right to remove content, restrict access or remove members who breach community standards.
10. Photography & Content
Busy Girls events may be photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
By attending Busy Girls events, members acknowledge and consent to the use of event photography and video content in future marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the membership program, attendance at events or use of member benefits.
Members participate in activities and events at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Changes to Membership Terms
Busy Girls Social Club Pty Ltd. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where significant changes are made, members will be notified via email.
Continued membership following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
